Cycle Mahone Bay and see mysterious Oak Island, before stopping in historic Lunenburg to perhaps enjoy a whale-watching trip or spot of sea kayaking.
Day 1: Exploring the infamous Peggy’s Cove and its nearby inlets, cycling an average of nine kilometres
Day 2: Cycling from Peggy's Cove to Hubbards with stops along the Swissair Flight 111 memorial and the rugged landscape of St. Margaret's Bay over a 44-km route
Day 3: Tackling 59 km from Hubbards to Chester, pedalling around the Aspotogan Peninsula via the fishing villages of Northwest Cove and Aspotogan
Day 4: Passing Oak Island from gorgeous Mahone Bay to its namesake town, where antique shops and art galleries impress tourists and locals alike, until reaching UNESCO-protected Lunenburg
Day 5: Relaxing with optional cycling trips to Lunenburg's sea caves and peninsular parks, or stroll through downtown Lunenburg and look for boat tours, whale-watching excursions or kayaking
Day 6: Enjoying the final morning with one last ride or a walk through Lunenburg before heading home
